Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

For orders of €40 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany. Any shipping costs that may apply to orders below this amount will be displayed to you at checkout.

Yes, we also ship to other countries within Europe. The delivery time is generally 4–8 working days.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, weight, and size of the products ordered. The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your order.

Since orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse for processing, they can no longer be changed or cancelled once finalized. Upon receipt of the goods, you may take advantage of our 30-day return policy.

You can return your order within 30 days. Please handle the products with care during this time and return them as complete as possible.

Upon receipt, the returned goods will be inspected by us. The refund will then generally be processed within up to 7 working days.

A direct exchange is currently not available. You can return the item in question and then place a new order for the desired version.
